Before Jan 4, you will receive a response to your email from Jennifer with your new gate access codes. There will be two codes. The first is your own family code designed for the personal use of you, any family members and friends with whom you wish to share. This code is a 24/7 access, so we suggest that this code only be tightly and carefully disseminated, especially NOT to those who you do not know well enough to vouch for their use of the code.

The other is for tradesmen (e.g., septic service, repairs, etc), access restricted to business hours, including Saturday.

In the event of need, a gate entry log can be accessed to determine what gate codes were used and at what time, and so these codes are an important part of our common security.

The number of gate clickers you can locate (i.e., put your hands on now) will be matched to Jennifer's records of issuance.

If the number is less than you originally obtained, please advise the status of those not at hand (lost, broken, given to contractor, etc.) In this instance, or if the number you advise (in #4 above) is less than Jennifer's records show, we will need the 5 digit "TR #" shown on the back of each of your active clickers. (If this number has become unreadable, the back of your clicker can easily be removed by first removing the metal ring, removing the small screw, then gently prying open the clicker as if to change the battery [which you might want to do while you have it open]). The number is also located inside the device.

Gate Access Updates
All clickers not in active use by DR residents will be deactivated as of Jan 4, 2011.

If non-residents want to continue to use their clicker, they should email contact Jennifer with all 5 points of information above, and their clicker will be kept in active status.
