Mission: The mission of the Renewable Resources Committee (RRC) is to develop useful input that deals with renewable resource issues to the Diamond Ridge Home Owners Association (HOA) board and members. Such issues may include, but are not limited to, energy efficiency, water conservation, and recycling. The forwarded information may be further used by the RRC to develop input to Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CCRs) for approval by the HOA as well as to disseminate information assessing renewable resource concepts or products, without endorsement, for the voluntary use of HOA members. Provisions developed by the committee and adopted by the HOA are meant to facilitate integration of alternative resource capabilities to meet homeowner requirements without adverse complications of the new asset for neighbors or the community at large.
