Social Function and Pavilion Use
Reservations for the lake park/pavilion should be sent to:

Reservations will be allocated on a first come/first served basis. It is in your best interest to obtain the combination for the locks on the toilets when you make your reservation as there is no assurance that someone will be available at short notice during the time of your function.
Gate Codes: If temporary gate codes are wanted for the main entrance to Diamond Ridge for use during your social occasion, please contact customercare@ciaservices.com during normal business hours M-F.
GUIDELINES
We regret having to post the following, but each is the result of repeat prior experience.
Guide markers for guests: If balloons, banners, streamers or any other decorations or are affixed at the entrance, to street signage posts, at the lake park or any other DR property for the purpose of guiding guests to your event, they must be removed NO LATER than 24 hours after the end of the social event. No warnings will be issued, but a cleanup fee will be levied to your account if not removed timely.
USE OF PAVILION
Access to toilets. The toilets at the covered picnic facility are secured via an electronic push-button, coded lock. Residents and property owners have been provided with the combination via email. To help us maintain the facilities in good condition, this code will be changed every 6 months or earlier if compromised. If you have forgotten the code and need access, please call Don Dietz at 830-537-4005, Sara Malouf at 281-744-7746 or Susie Hurley at 830-537-5352. Please note that the 6 digit code must be followed by a " * " (without quote marks). The lock will shut down for 5 minutes after a very few failed attempts to open, so take care with number entry. Most parties seem to take place at the weekend and the above individuals may not be available at that time, so please try not to loose the combination.
As the vast majority of users of the pavilion and park would be expected to use the covered picnic area, the smaller, toilet-only facility is accessed by conventional key locks. All keys will open both the men’s and women’s toilets.
When using either of the two toilet facilities, we recommend the hosting resident or property owner unlock both toilet doors and prop the doors open with rock or similar “doorstop”. All doors lock when closed and may be unlocked from inside. Those using the toilet can remove the door stop, use the facility and then prop the door open when leaving. Adhering to this procedure should keep the code and keys restricted to owners and reduce the loss of keys.
Those needing keys should contact Don Dietz at 830-537-4005. There will be a $10 deposit for lost or unreturned keys. Please note that no one will follow up for return of the key taken. Instead a replacement key will be made without notice resulting in non-return of deposit. Please return keys promptly.
Decorations: If decorations are put up for a party in the lake park, please remove them before departing.
Staples: No staples may be affixed to any table tops for the purpose of securing table cloths or any other reason. Use clamps instead.
Trash: There are plenty of trash cans. Please take 40 gal replacement bags and take away all your rubbish when leaving, replacing the existing bag with your own.
Please leave the area in better condition than you find it. Thank you. If the park and/or pavilion requires cleaning or trash removal following your function, an appropriate charge will be levied.
