Welcome to Diamond Ridge subdivision! As a new resident to Diamond Ridge you will need to contact us to receive a personal gate code.
Property Owners Codes
All property owners will receive a personal code to access Diamond Ridge. This personal gate code is active 24/7 and we would suggest that you only give this to your immediate family members or close friends. If you are a new property owner, you may request a clicker and code at customercare@ciaservices.com
PLEASE NOTE: We will need to see a copy of the closing statement and a state issued photo id to issue a code and clicker.
Gate Clickers
If you are a resident or property owner in Diamond Ridge, the original purchaser of the property received one (1) gate clicker for the main entrance. If you have a clicker, and it is not working, please send us the following information to gate_access@diamondridgeboerne.com:

If you did not receive a clicker when you purchased your property, please check with the previous home owners (if possible) to obtain theirs. If you do not receive them, there will be a charge to replace them. If you have lost or have had one stolen, please let us know as soon as possible so we can deactivate it.

The office is open Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 5:30pm excluding national holidays. We accept cash and check. Gate clickers are $30 as of July 1, 2011. This rate is subject to change if cost increases.
Property Residents
If you reside in Diamond Ridge, you may request a service code. This code is active Monday through Saturday from 7am to 7pm. You may give this code to service personnel such as pool service, maid service, etc… as needed. If you need to change this code for any reason, please email us at gate_access@diamondridgeboerne.com to request your code to be disabled and a new code issued. Service codes will be periodically changed to minimize risk of any abuse. You will receive an advance notice of at least two (2) weeks prior to any change of codes.
Contractor Information
If you are a property owner and need to get a contractor code for new construction ONLY, please send us an email and we will respond as soon as possible. These codes will change every three (3) months as your home progresses so that contractors have limited access to Diamond Ridge. All house plans need to be approved by the Architectural Control Committee (ACC) before receiving a contractor code. Contractor codes provide access Monday through Saturday from 6am to 6pm. No construction work is allowed on Sundays.
Construction Access for Cement Trucks
If you need cement trucks to access Diamond Ridge to pour a slab or other extensive cement construction, please contact us at gate_access@diamondridgeboerne.com as soon as you have the date the trucks will need access to Diamond Ridge. We will program the gates to stay open so the trucks can safely drive up the hill and down the hill avoiding damage to our gates. Please keep in mind that we can only program this function in the computer during regular business hours Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 5:30pm excluding national holidays.
Notices & Reminders
Please check the battery before replacing the clicker. Batteries usually last about 1 year. You can have them replaced at Radio Shack in Boerne.
Special Event Codes
If you are having a gathering at your home or at the Diamond Ridge pavillion, please send us an email at least one (1) week in advance so we can set up a “temporary gate code” for your event.
Realtor Access
Diamond Ridge wants to support and assist property owners that have homes or property for sale. We have provided access to our neighborhood via a specific realtor gate code housed in a realtor box at the entrance near the key pad. Any licensed San Antonio realtor should have access to this box. The code will give access to Diamond Ridge seven (7) days a week from 7am to 7pm. Realtors must accompany their clients into Diamond Ridge.
Gate Management
Management of the gates is currently handled by a resident of Diamond Ridge. All computers that access the gate are kept at her office. All codes and requests are handled Monday through Friday from 8:30pm to 5:30pm excluding national holidays. Please plan ahead if you’re are a property owner that does not reside in Boerne. We will verify your access or assign personal codes as needed during normal business hours.
Frequently Asked Questions:
Q: I am entering my gate code, but the gate does not open. What is wrong?
A: Please ensure that you are pressing the pound (#) sign prior to your code. For example, if your code is “1234” you need to press “#1234.” Also, press the keys at a normal to quick pace. If you press the keys too slowly, it will not work.
Q: I am a property owner that resides outside of Boerne. How can I verify that I will have access to Diamond Ridge?
A: Please email us at gate_access@diamondridgeboerne.com to verify your personal gate code.
Q: I am a realtor, how can I access the property to show a client?
A: Please review our section on Realtor Access.
Q: I am stuck at the gate. I am dialing the help number, but no one answers. What is wrong?
A: The help phone number that is dialed through the gate is answered Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 5:30pm.
